What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product: some can be ordered from 1 unit and others from 6 or 10. Each catalog page shows its minimum, and the volume price drops in tiers as you increase the quantity.
Does the catalog price include my logo?
No. The listed price is for the product, in US dollars and before VAT. Customization, packaging and shipping are quoted separately based on the technique, the size of the artwork and the destination.
Do you ship outside Quito?
Yes. We are based in Quito and ship nationwide within Ecuador. Shipping cost and timing are confirmed in the proposal.
Which customization techniques do you use?
Embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, DTF, UV printing and sublimation. The team recommends a technique based on the product material and the type of artwork your brand uses.
Is the design I build in the 3D studio the final product?
It is a preview to help you decide on color, placement and the size of your logo. Before production, our team prepares the final artwork, reviews it with you and only moves forward with your approval.
